The Iowa Impact Fund is the University of Iowa's only campus-wide unrestricted fund, providing the University with the most important type of resources— those that can be used whenever and wherever the need is greatest. Without these resources, many important initiatives would not be possible.

The Iowa Impact Fund funds scholarships and fellowships to deserving students who need financial assistance to pursue their education.

The Iowa Impact Fund supports diversity initiatives such as the Latino Youth Leadership Development Summit and other programs.

The Iowa Impact Fund supports special leadership seminar series for some of the University's most promising students at the President's Residence.

The Iowa Impact Fund supports the annual UI volunteer fair and other programs—including some initiated and led by enterprising students—designed to encourage community engagement and philanthropy among UI students.
